Painting Project
This customer wanted one of their bedrooms updated from a deep blue to a clean and modern white.
Deck Bench Update
This customer wanted their deck bench updated with new Trex boards and to have the boards run parallel to the deck floor.

This project involved removing old worn out carpet and installing new laminate flooring to brighten up the room and make it more modern.

This project was for the same customer shown above. After seeing how amazing the flooring looked in their living room they had me remove old carpet in the bedroom and install the same flooring.
Hand Rail Installation
This customer wanted a hand rail installed along the steps down to their flower bed.
Bathroom Upgrade
This customer wanted their bathroom mirror upgraded from the standard borderless builder's grade mirror to a more modern mirror with LED lighting built in. I also upgraded the faucets from the builder's grade acrylic handles to modern gold finished designs.
Ceiling Fan Upgrade
This customer wanted their old bedroom ceiling fan in the first photo replaced with the newer model in the second photo.
Pool Bathrooms Renovation
This Home Owner's Association hired me to completely renovate their 26 year old Men's and Women's bathrooms at the community pool. Both bathrooms were completely painted, including the floor and the stalls. New rubber cove baseboard was installed. New sinks, faucets, toilets, paper towe, toilet dispensers, and soap dispensers were installed. Each before photo is shown first with the completed work photo shown directly after it.
